Huge overlaps with a well loved segment of my listening history.

Thanks Michael. I enjoyed all of those. The Kate Bush was a happy reunion - I haven't listened to her in an age.

What a marvelous playlist! Fairport Convention also has a wonderful rendition of Tam Lin. Methinks we have similar tastes and outlooks. I am a fellow Michigander, but have lived in Oregon for many years now. I find Pentangle very compelling in the bardic folk vein. Bert Jansch also a perennial favorite. Green blessings to you!

All of this! And where in Michigan are you from?

Holland, originally. Went to MSU then moved to Ann Arbor for a few years. Left Michigan in the late 90s. I’ve been considering a triumphant return to the Big Mitten... preferably further up north. I do so love Michigan’s beauty, and wonderful people like yourself.

Nice! Beautiful area as I recall. Isn’t Chelsea where Jeff Daniels lives? I used to drive by his house on the way to Pinckney rec area to go birding.

I wonder if Saul of Tarsus based his creation or spin of "Jesus" on John Barleycorn, or Dionysos, D'muzi or Osiris? The real disciples of Jesus argued a lot with Saul of Tarsus about this.

Saul won the argument, apparently... for now.
