I'm sitting here feeling wrecked after reading your poem. Maybe because the recent smoky skies & the rise of AI have had us in an apocalyptic frame of mind around here. Will it even matter that we preserve our meager harvest using the old ways? But still you wield a scythe, which is oddly comforting. Thanks for writing.
Nice poem. I remember reading Hindu comic books as a kid, at least one of which was about the ten avatars of Vishnu. I would suggest that there's a rich cinematic universe for the making in there, but then again, it would be better to not give the archons any ideas.
Also, speaking of Krishna, I've had the thought that the Mahabharata is like the Bible: a massive, sprawling, morally and epistemologically ambiguous work that has a little pearl of pure and holy wisdom (the Gita, the Gospel) tucked away somewhere near the end.

Thank you, Erin. I understand. Though I am so glad the smoke finally went away!
Awesome! Thank you! Rudolf Steiner - "Krishna is the halo of Christ"
